Blue Atlas is a support coordination business that operates within the NDIS system.

Blue Atlas functions independently from the NDIA, but we provide services to participants that have Support Coordination funding in their NDIS plan. We are committed to providing personalised services that help our clients and their families.

We help you receive the supports, your plan is funded for, to achieve your goals. This is accomplished by providing experienced support coordinators to help relieve the stress that may occur while navigating the NDIS and connecting you with support providers that offer value and quality services that meet your needs.

We will work with you and your support network to align your supports and services with your goals and choices.

We are aware that nor all services fit with each person and acknowledge you right to choice and control over your supports. We will help you manage your chosen support services and if you decide to change we will help you manage the change. This goes for our service too. If you ever feel that our service is no longer what you chose, please let us know, and we will help you in changing to another support coordination service. We have a
